Most e-scripts arrive instantly via SMS after your consultation. If you haven’t received it, check your messages, ensure your phone number is correct, and contact support if needed.

Your prescription should arrive immediately after your appointment. However, if you can’t find it, follow these steps.

What to Do If Your Script Is Missing

Check your SMS inbox – It may be from an unfamiliar number.

Ensure your phone number is correct in the Abby app.

Wait a few minutes – There may be a short delay.

If still missing, contact support via live chat.

💡 Tip: Before ending your appointment, confirm with your doctor that your script has been issued to avoid delays.
