How do I delete my account?

Short Answer

You can request to delete your Abby Health account by contacting support via live chat. However, some medical records must be retained due to Australian healthcare regulations.

If you no longer wish to use Abby Health, you can request account deletion. However, due to legal and medical requirements, some data must be retained for a set period.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to ‘Support’ in the Abby Health app.
  2. Select ‘Live Chat’ and request an account deletion.
  3. Our team will confirm your request and process the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to log in.
  • Your medical records will remain stored securely for the legally required retention period (as per Australian medical laws).
  • You can still request copies of past records if needed, however your assessments and conversations with Abby will be deleted.

💡 If you just want to stop receiving messages, you can update your notification settings instead.
