If you no longer wish to use Abby Health, you can request account deletion. However, due to legal and medical requirements, some data must be retained for a set period.
How to Delete Your Account
- Go to ‘Support’ in the Abby Health app.
- Select ‘Live Chat’ and request an account deletion.
- Our team will confirm your request and process the deletion.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to log in.
- Your medical records will remain stored securely for the legally required retention period (as per Australian medical laws).
- You can still request copies of past records if needed, however your assessments and conversations with Abby will be deleted.
