You can reset your password anytime through the Abby Health app or website. If you forget your password or need to update it for security reasons, follow the steps below to reset it.
If you can’t access your Abby Health account because you forgot your password, you can easily reset it.
How to Reset Your Password
- Open the Abby Health app and go to the login page.
- Tap ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter your registered email and tap ‘Send Reset Link’.
- Check your email for a reset password link.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
- Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wrong email entered? Try entering another email you may have used to register.
- Still having trouble? Contact Abby Support for help.
