Joining a Video Consultation
- Go to the Abby Health app.
- Find your upcoming appointment in ‘Appointments’.
- Tap ‘Join Video Call’ a few minutes before your scheduled time.
- Wait in the virtual waiting room for your doctor to join.
Joining a Phone Consultation
- Your doctor will call you directly at your scheduled time.
- The call will come from 0483 957 072—make sure you have it saved.
