If your plans change, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time in the Abby Health app. Simply go to ‘Appointments,’ select your booking, and follow the prompts to make changes.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Whether something urgent has come up or you’re feeling better, Abby gives you full control over your appointments. You can reschedule or cancel an upcoming booking anytime in the app.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
- Open the Abby Health app.
- Tap ‘Appointments’ in the main menu.
- Select the appointment you want to modify.
- Tap ‘Reschedule’ to pick a new time, or ‘Cancel’ if you no longer need the appointment.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your changes.
💡 Important: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled time to avoid losing your spot.
What Happens If You Cancel Late?
• Less than 1 hour before: Your booking will be marked as a late cancellation. Multiple late cancellations may result in limited services.
• After your appointment time: Your booking will be marked as a no-show. More than 3 no-shows will result in limited services.
