Since Abby appointments are completely free and 100% bulk-billed, there is no need for refunds. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so easily through the Abby app at no cost.
Unlike other telehealth providers, Abby does not charge a booking fee, meaning you never have to worry about refund policies.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
- Go to ‘Appointments’ in the Abby app.
- Select the appointment you want to cancel.
- Tap ‘Cancel Appointment’ and confirm.
