That’s why we built Abby — an online-first clinic designed to deliver long-term care, on demand. By combining digital tools with telehealth consultations, Abby helps clinicians understand each patient before the consultation begins and continue supporting them long after it ends.
We believe technology should deepen understanding in healthcare, not replace it. Used well, it helps clinicians prepare, follow up, and provide more thoughtful care — while keeping in-person visits available whenever they are needed.
The result is a simpler, more continuous model of care — one where patients feel understood, supported, and cared for over the long term.

In 2023–24, 46% of Australians seeking urgent GP care waited 24 hours or more to be seen, while only 41.7% were seen within 4 hours
Lack of Regular GP Continuity
Approximately 32.8% of Australians reported being unable to see their preferred GP at least once in 2022–23, indicating challenges in maintaining consistent care.
Financial Barriers to Accessing Care
In 2023–24, 8.8% of Australians avoided visiting a GP due to cost, up from 7% the previous year. This trend reflects growing financial pressures impacting healthcare access.
